At Silver by Mail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded envelope to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.
Ship the Items
Attach the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized postal location or scheduled pick-up point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned silver, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
